Xmas Breakup – Party 2006

A group of riders left Laverton Macca’s at 10am and travelled along the highway meeting some more members at the starting point for the Geelong Toy Run. ( Outside Peter Steven’s Motorcycles in Mercer Street )

The toy run was huge with an estimated 1500 bikes participating, they journeyed around the Bellarine peninsula and ended up at Queenscliffe.

Our members had to wait some time for a BBQ to become vacant but were fortunate that the prior occupiers of the BBQ had plenty of spare meat left over and donated it to the club. ( Many thanks to the Italian Social Club ) Or maybe the drooling over the meats that they had prepared made them feel sorry for us !.

After lunch the usual games of tug-o-war, throw the gumboots etc etc were enjoyed by all.
